A hard-working, versatile and reliable individual with a vast number of years experience, working independently or in a team with children including those with disabilities while living in England and my Christian upbringing has enabled me to work to the best of my knowledge and ability. My work experience as a Children Support Worker, Family Contact Supervisor and currently as a Registered Intellectual Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) has given me the opportunity to gain a better understanding around nursing and caring for children while I lived in the UK, therefore it is my desire to continue working with children while I reside in Canada. My hobbies include cycling, swimming, singing, going for walks and keeping fit. Having a strong family bond is essential for children growing up in society today and my role is to enable every child I care for to feel important within their family because "every child matters".

I have previously worked as a private nanny/housekeeper to 2 separate families when I lived in England. My experience ranged from housekeeping duties, light cooking as well as caring for babies and small children.
