Hi there. My name is Jessica and I currently live in Leaside. I am a social worker with a decade of experience working with children, youth and adults in various settings around Toronto including group homes, Toronto Catholic School Board, hospitals ect. In these roles, job duties were varying, including household cleaning, cooking, responding to client crisis, de-escalation, ect - to helping a student newly diagnosed with ADHD focus on their math in a classroom setting. The pandemic has made me re-evaluate my life-work balance and I am looking for more familiar, flexible and independent part-time side jobs including cleaning, or child-care services. I have 10 years of experience working in group homes. This role included deep-cleaning of entire houses to meet safety standards. Vacuuming, dusting, laundry, ect were all daily duties. Because of the pandemic, I am looking for more flexible and independent side jobs. :)
