My name is Lisa, I'm 30 years old and currently work as a self employed, professional cleaner. I am moving back to Kelowna from Victoria and am looking to fill my schedule with new clients in Kelowna come February onwards. I prefer to have easy going clients on a consistent, weekly basis for full cleans, but am open to discussing other (schedule) arrangements as well. I am thorough, detailed, and reliable, however I prefer to have a time where the client is out of the house so there is some flexibility on when I can arrive (having a general window where I can get the job done without getting in anyone's way or vice versa) although I am flexible on this as well, if you're working from home or something similar, as long as it's fairly calm in the home while I'm there. I do struggle sometimes with exact punctuality, hence the request for a window of time for the clean, but I am always reliable despite this and will be there when I say I will (no more than 20 minutes late! :p) I prefer to discuss your needs, and then be given the room to deliver, and not be micromanaged. Communication is appreciated, and I value feedback so I can accurately provide what you need. I totally understand it can be uncomfortable having a stranger in your home for the first time, but my personality should put you at ease very quickly! I am kind, extremely trustworthy, honest, diligent and care personally for my clients. I have had nothing but positive experiences in this line of work and have made many long lasting relationships from becoming such an integral part of their lives, and helping to reduce the stress many families experience trying to handle it all. I have multiple stellar references available, and past clients have been extremely grateful for my help and the results I deliver, saying time and time again that the quality and personalization is far superior to any cleaning company. On a personal level, when I'm not working, I spend a lot of my time with my cats and my 4 beloved rats (they are called pocket puppies for a reason! :)) I take pet ownership seriously and care deeply about animals. I also love the outdoors, traveling and camping, and have an interest in health and wellness, reading, art, aesthetic interiors, and meditation.
