I'm a woman originally from the culturally diverse and naturally rich country of Kenya, which is located in the eastern part of Africa. Over the past years, I've journeyed far from my hometown, adopting global cultures and soaking in different life experiences. Presently, I find myself living in British Columbia, a beautiful province on the west coast of Canada. British Columbia, also known as BC, is admired for its breath-taking landscapes stretching from the pacific coast to the rugged mountains that dominate its skyline, a view that's altogether quite different from what I was used to seeing back in Kenya. Regardless, this beautiful province has now surprisingly turned into my home away from home, temporarily shedding my identity as a Kenyan lady and adopting a more global persona. My journey to the other side of the world has not only been about changing locations. It's been about the evolution of thoughts and a broader outlook. While I continue to cherish my Kenyan roots, I am also open to embracing my new Canadian lifestyle in British Columbia. So, you could rightly say that while I am a Kenyan at heart, I am currently residing and building a life for myself in the alluring province of British Columbia, Canada.
