I am pursing Nursing leadership to upgrade my diploma in Registered Nursing career in providing quality nursing care at Conestoga College. Responsibilities: 1. Assisting patient in all aspect of their daily life activities including bathing, eating and brushing of teeth. 2. Assisting with manual Handling and transferring of patient in compliance with the hospital policy. 3. Planning and preparation of client meal and nutrition. 4. Advice on promotion of health and prevention of illness ,Teaching patients and their relatives. 5. Daily checking and recording of client vital signs and medication as schedule. 6. Collaborating with other staff and patient relatives to provide quality nursing care for patient.
