I have been working as a freelance translator since high school to support myself through university. I specialize in translating Thai to English and English to Thai and also transcribing and translating audio concurrently. Then, I secured a job at one of the largest English bookstore chains in Thailand, where I worked as a product advisor for five years. I gained valuable knowledge in customer satisfaction, inventory management, and operating POS and SAP systems. Now, I'm embarking on my Canadian experience with a co-op Program at Tamwood in Whistler. My roles as a Houseperson/Housekeeper at Black Comb Springs Suites and a Room Attendant at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler have allowed me to enhance my customer service skills and gain experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry on a luxurious scale. My aim is to continue expanding and growing in this field.

Clean the assignment rooms with luxury standards including Fairmont Gold. Maintain and service the room with the guests' satisfactions in mind. Ability to well inform the guests which help elevated guests' experiences.
