In our lively blended household of five, with two busy professionals and our delightful trio of children, maintaining order and cleanliness is an ongoing endeavor. As such, we are on the look-out for a dedicated housekeeper and family assistant to bring some much-needed stability and organization to our daily routines, and enable us to spend more quality time together as a family! We are in search of someone who is more than just a housekeeper, we want someone who can be a part of our family unit, helping out with the children when needed, and even assisting with drop-offs and pick-ups on occasion. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to become an integral part of a busy, but loving family dynamic. Your work schedule is semi flexible, so long as it’s while we are at school/work - thus it would likely comprise mornings and mid-days, Monday to Friday. A driver's license is required, as is your own vehicle. In terms of responsibilities, you’d be critical to keeping our home clean and tidy. This includes but is not limited to, kitchen duties such as dish washing, cleaning appliances, cupboards and countertops, and maintaining cleanliness of floors. Laundry duties are part of the role, from washing and drying clothes to ironing. Besides these main duties, light meal prep and occasional running household errands would be a bonus. The position is part-time, and you would be required to work less than 20 hours a week. This role is for a live-out individual.
