** Please read the post carefully as I am looking for someone who meets the specific criteria We are a family of 6 and have a pet free/smoke free 1400 square foot townhouse that needs weekly cleaning. I am looking for a housekeeper to come for 6 hours one day a week. Any day during the week is fine however it must be in the morning or afternoon. The candidate must: *have experience-this means they know how to clean a residential property EFFICIENTLY & are able to bring some knowledge and expertise to the job. Please do not apply if you have no experience or very little as unfortunately this is not the job for you- with 4 small kids I need expertise and not to have to train someone. *be able to take direction and willing to learn how I like things done-I am particular and am looking for someone who can listen and execute and implement a routine for our home. Someone who over a reasonable amount of time will pick up on the pace and routine of the job. *reliable-someone who can commit to coming once a week; rain, or shine or snow :), and have reliable transportation. If you live far and are dependant on transit this may not be the job for you * I am a very detail oriented person and clean with the idea of 'keeping things looking brand new' as long as possible. I am looking for an individual who can execute this! Position needs to be filled right away and I am hoping for a long term arrangement if we are a good match.
