Dear Prospective Housekeeper,
I am eagerly reaching out to prospective candidates looking for a full-time housekeeping position, where they have the chance to utilize and further develop their skills while also securing a stable income. As an experienced homeowner and employer, I value an individual who not only has professional caring skills but sees themselves as a natural helper.
In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of multiple living spaces, including houses and apartments. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to, keeping household supplies fully stocked, carrying out grocery shopping, errands, pet care, ironing, laundry, and detailed cleaning duties within the kitchen and other areas of the home. The position will require a well-rounded skill-set, ranging from handling household finances, supervising other household staff members, making travel arrangements on my behalf, and even planning and directing special events.
You will be expected to maintain a consistent work schedule with weekdays dedicated primarily to morning and mid-day tasks while weekends will require your availability during the evening and overnight. In total, this position will necessitate a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week. As a housekeeper, you will also be expected to care for household plants, rotate seasonal clothing in closets, and maintain the pantry.
The candidate is preferred to have a valid driver's license and their own car, as there might be errands to run that require automobile use. While this is not a live-in role, rest assured you will be treated as a member of the family and your safety and security while working are of utmost importance to us.
