My name is Sierra and I am a professional nanny. I am someone with a passion for working with and supporting children and their families. I have 9 years of experience as a nanny and a degree in Child and Youth Studies from the University of Western Ontario. I am also the co-founder and operator of a small business Practically Perfect Nannies & Caregivers. I provide services and advice to families across Southern Ontario when it comes to hiring a nanny, I do this on a part-time basis. Therefore, I am also looking for a nanny position. As a nanny, my philosophy in practice was the same as the theory I studied: give children the opportunity to be children they will amaze you! I supervised as many as 3 children at a time ranging from infant to 9 years old. My most recent nanny experience was for a family in Hamilton, ON. I was with this family for nearly 5 years and supervised their 3 children. I also planned lots of fun activities for them as I am a very hands-on nanny. I pride myself on always planning activities and attending community programs such as early on or library programs. I can also provide light housekeeping duties and meal prep. My goal is to assist the family unit in any way possible. I am seeking a live-out, full time or part-time position.
