My name is Lisa and I am looking to find a child-care position part-time. I have experience working in a daycare, as a nanny, and supporting clients in a residential setting. I love reading and being outdoors on a sunny day. I have my class 4 drivers license and am a very reliable driver. I also have years of experience looking after children of all ages and would consider myself a maternal and nurturing person. My most recent experience has been working as a nanny to a family of four children, full-time. It has been a wonderful experience and I enjoy finding ways of keeping the children stimulated and active in their environment. We often take trips to the local park, play in the backyard and read books together. I also have experience as a mother's helper to a child under the age of 1. This has been a great experience as well. I have recently been accepted to the PDP program to become a teacher for Elementary school aged students and would love to find a family that I can continue to work with as I pursue my education.

I have my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in social research. I also have experience in education courses as I am pursuing a future career in education.
