Hi, my name is Melissa and I am 22 years old. I love kids and I have just completed my bachelor's in elementary education. During my free time, I enjoy reading, drawing and most of all spending time with my family and friends. I am a responsible, hard-working and caring individual. One of my greatest personality traits is my infinite patience. I absolutely love being around children and I hope you consider me as your child/children's caregiver.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of time taking care of the kids in my family. I have also done some occasional babysitting for my neighbors. During the summers of 2014, 2015 and 2016 I had the opportunity to work with three wonderful kids. My job consisted of helping with various tasks like folding laundry, starting supper/lunch, laying out clothes for the following morning, cleaning up toys and of course entertaining the kids. I also accompanied the family to festivals and day trips. This was an incredible experience and resulted in a lot of great memories. Over the past two years I have been working with a different family who also has 3 kids. From these experiences, I have learned that children like to engage in different activities and I enjoy trying to come up with different and fun activities for them to do like arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and board games.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from McGill University. I plan to complete my Masters over the next few years.
