  About Me

I have been working professionally in child care for over 13 years, and for the last 7 years professionally in Canada. I am a well-educated, caring and mature nanny with significant childcare experience: daily care and security of children, food preparation, feeding, changing diapers, play-time, outings to parks, playgrounds and activities at community facilities. I also teach Mandarin to children. For the last 7 years, I have cared for younger children ranging from newborn to preschool age either single children, pairs or multiples, however, I specialize in the care of twins. Currently, I am looking for part time two days a week (Tuesdays and Fridays), and am available immediately. I am also open to the concept of a "nanny share, " providing support to two families at the same time.

In addition to childcare I provide light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, recycling and meal preparation.

I have a degree in engineering (China) and an MBA from an Australian university. I am married and we have raised our family. My son has graduated from university. I am a permanent resident of Canada, non-smoker, non-drinker; have completed the BC Family Care program and am certified in both first-aid and CPR (upgraded January 2019). Results of CRC are also available.

Some recent testimonials from families:

“ … she taught them both Mandarin. ”
“ … she truly treats them as if they were her own"
". shares a such special bond with each of them individually. ”

". have full confidence in her ability to respond to risky situations. ”
“ … strengths are reliability, efficiency, thoughtfulness, motivation …”
