I really don't have lots of experience to children. but my only experience with my daughter and with my last job. I use to look after with my employer's grand children when the parents are not home. they are very nice kind children they listen to me and treat me as family. sometimes the parents leave 6pm. so I give them dinner whatever they want and give them snack at 8:00 then give them wash and put pajama and put them to bed.

my only employer in canada. i worked with them 3years and 2month... your free to call her and ask her about me.. the only reason we end the contract is because they decided to put the old man to the nursing home cause he is getting heavy to lift and loosing his mobility. we have a very good relationship. i love their kids too.....
