Hello. I am currently a student at Niagara University obtaining my Ontario Teacher Certificate. I have a Bachelor's Degree and am a certified Montessori teacher. I have experience with children aged 2 1/2 up to 14 years old and have taught in a classroom environment for 4 years; one of those years being in another country where some of the kids didn't speak any English. I was in a full-time position as a nanny this summer with 3 kids, twins aged 5 and a 7 year old. I have a passion for dance and music and I love all sports and the arts. I love working with children and hope to continue nannying for families in my area while pursuing my dream to become a full- time teacher.

I have a lot of experience babysitting younger family members and friends, I have worked for an all outdoor camp as a camp counselor and had to plan daily activities for kids of all ages. I am Montessori certified and am educated in working with children of younger ages (2-6) and now use many of the Montessori methods when taking care of children so that they can learn to be independent and still enjoy their learning. I have also volunteered in a public school Kindergarten classroom and know the daily schedules and hours of a Kindergarten student.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology as well as a MACTE accredited Montessori diploma.
