I moved to Calgary in 1999 from a small suburb south of Cleveland, Ohio. My home is on a small ranch outside of town. It is there that I find my sense of peace with 6 horses, one cow, 2 mini donkeys, 2 dogs, 3 cats and my wonderful husband (not in order of favorites. ). They all made me realize how much more love, discipline, compassion and kindness I have to share. I have 30+ years of childcare and household management experience. I am an active nanny that always puts the child and family needs first. I enjoy sharing in the growth and development of little ones with age appropriate activities like physical play, reading, music and crafts. It is very important that I bring age appropriate activities and teach basic manners and boundaries to each child that I share their day with. It is a joy to be able to help out the families I am a part of in any way I can. I am very flexible with my time within reason to help your life become easier. I am willing to drive into the city to work; I enjoy the drive. I believe it is very important to bring nurturing love, kindness, and compassion into every home I am welcome into. You can also expect that when you arrive home that your home will be neat and tidy so you can spend your evening with your children instead of cleaning. As a member of several wonderful, loving families, I shared my love and passion of caring for children and helping them to grow into doctors, lawyers and professional football players. I am so proud I could be a part of what wonderful adults they have become. I am excited to begin another journey into the love and growth of children.
