I am a Child and Youth worker with 22 years experience with children of all ages and abilities. I worked for Kinark Child and Family Services for 20 years and was a nanny for children of all ages during high school and college. I have worked with behavourial, autistic, cerebal palsy, and other high needs children and adults. I have experience in housecleaning professionally as well as I love to cook. I am a mom of 3 children, 14, 9 and 3. I love to play and interact with children as much as possible. I am not afraid to get dirty and enrich children and famiy lives. Imaginative and creative play is what I like to see children do and help enhance that. Whether it is storming castle walls to save the princess or slaying dragons or tea parties or super heroes or a nice colouring book or reading I love to join in and teach right alongside your child or children. I am caring and compassionate and have a loving, nurturing nature. I am flexible and easy going. I love children of all ages. babies especially and I am not afraid to work overnights. I have a criminal reference check with vulnerable sector, drivers liscense and my first aid has just expired but I am signed up to renew it in April. I have held a first aid certificate for the last 20 years with renewing it every three years. I love the outdoors and to make use of community parks and resources, I also am a strong swimmer. I have 2 large dogs and grew up on a farm so animals of any kind are not a problem.
