My name is Ashley and I am currently a FSL kindergarten teacher, I have taught grades pre k-6. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Physical Health Education. I am very energetic, bilingual and absolutely love children. I have worked as a nanny for many summers for some wonderful families including a sibling pair of a 3 year old girl and a 13 month old little boy as well for another 3 year old boy doing kindergarten preparation. They are willing to provide a reference for me should you require it. Additionally, I have lots of experience working with, coaching and mentoring children of various ages in a variety of different settings. Therefore I am comfortable with up to 5 children of ages 0-18 of all developmental levels. I have previously worked as a Program Co-ordinator for three summer camps. I have experience in various preschool, toddler and school age programs. I also have experience coaching learn to skate, advanced figure skating, power skating and soccer. I pride myself in being very organized, honest, hardworking, enthusiastic and friendly. My experience will allow me to provide you with effective care for your child allowing them to grow in a fun, nurturing, loving and educational environment. My passion for health, fitness, childcare, development and mental health will allow a unique individualized experience for your child to grow and develop without you feeling like you're missing anything. I also strive to provide clean environments for the children I am caring for, therefore, I have no problem helping with household chores including but not limited to; cleaning various rooms of the house, doing laundry, meal preparation, keeping toys and play areas clean and sanitary. I will also provide a description of care for when you are away including but not limited to; activities, meals, crafts, important discoveries and experiences, any field trips, meal times and foods/drinks ingested, naps, etc. I also have no problem entertaining and providing childcare during family gatherings. My schedule allows for summer care only at this time with possible continuation on occasional weekends/nights/holidays during the school year. I look forward to hearing from you.
