Hello, my name is Angel. I am originally from Mississauga but currently live in Milton. I am African which plays a big role in my character and caregiving experience for children. I have been babysitting from as long as I can remember. I was a child taking care of other children. I started out babysitting for family members and friends. when my baby brother was born I took on the role as almost a second parent. Throughout my mother's pregnancy I not only learned how to care for expecting mothers but also when my baby brother was born I learned to care for newborns and I am still learning more as he is 7 now and is still blossoming. My mother is also a nurse/PSW so I have gained plenty of knowledge from her over the years. I have taken care of children from birth up to 15 years old. I speak English fluently and also speak and understand French and Igbo. I have experience with special needs children and have always had a passion for kids with disabilities. I babysit a young boy with Autism named Jason on and off, and he is one of the most beautiful children I have ever known. I am currently in the process of my CPR/First Aid training and will also have my own vehicle by February or earlier (although I already have access to a car). I am available as not only as a nanny/babysitter but also as a caregiver for the elderly, housekeeper and mother's helper. I have experience in catering/hospitality so I would be able to help cook meals whenever needed. I am very hard working and I clean very well. I am also available to help with homework and picking up from school (depending on the time). I am an extrovert and very engaging with children. I teach dance and hairstyle so I can incorporate a lot of activities during my stay with your son/daughter such as teaching he/her how to braid or hairstyle and fun dance/musical activities (on your terms). I will provide a fun and safe environment for your child. I am a well rounded caring individual, love children and hope I would be able to bring joy and share my skills with your family.
