I have always enjoyed being around children and I am interested in pursuing a career working with elementary school children. At this time I don't have babysitting experience with children who are not immediate relatives. My hobbies include cooking, singing, hiking, running and working on creative projects. I love spending my free time doing things that are productive. My ideal morning would be starting the day early with a delicious breakfast then enjoying a cup of tea while I check my email. Going for a walk as the sun rises. I would most definitely take pictures of the scenery to capture the experience. I am easily enthused by opportunities in life that others might pass up. One of the reasons I believe I will be great with children is because I am always a friendly, trustworthy and responsible role model who is also a good influence. I would feel accomplished at the end of the day knowing I used my time to be of assistance to the parents and children. I am able to follow existing household rules. Good at maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Excellent at cooking healthy yet tasty meals at designated meal times. Willing to participate in fair play, safe and interactive games for children. Using appropriate mannerism is a realistic approach to teach good behavior in all circumstances. Age appropriate chores are a nessesity for teaching young ones how to be respectful. Good at dealing with temperamental children. Capable of problem solving and addressing issues in a calm manner. Follow routine, have fun, pass time doing activities that encourage kids to be themselves.
