My name is Jamiel and I am a born and raised Calgarian. I have a passion for helping people and spending time with kids so I couldn't think of a more suitable way to earn an income and do what I love! I am looking for part-time work as I am currently working full-time as a kindergarten teacher. I am an experienced childcare provider, looking to find extra work outside of my 7am-5:30pm M-F teaching schedule. I absolutely love working with children and love the bond that comes with being a nanny! I currently work as a kindergarten teacher, but have experience with ages 6m-10yrs. I have a current CPR and First Aide Certificate, Vulnerable Sector Check, Level 2 ECE certificate (working through my level 3), and a Certificate in Childrens Mental Health. I've worked in a preschool/kindergarten setting for the last 4 years and prior to that I was a full-time nanny. Within those roles I have facilitated in the development of speech delays, ADHD, ASD, GDD, DS, and ODD. Children are amazing and I am so passionate about my line of work! I love doing crafts, being outside, and engaging them in their exploration and imagination!
