I have worked in the childcare field for over twenty years.

I am a dependable, knowledgeable, RECE with over 20 years experience working with young children. I have a clear Police Check, CPR / First Aid, fantastic references and am fully vaccinated. I am available for 12 to 30 hours per week in the Winston Churchill / Rideau Public Schools area, starting in September 2022. I understand child development and love offering programming that stimulates children's growth. I value educational activities, healthy foods, outside time and learning through play. Since I have a back-ground in family literacy, I regularly incorporate books, talking and singing, knowing that these are the precursors to reading success. I graduated from Queen's University and later went back to school to earn an Early Childhood Education diploma with Distinction from St. Lawrence College.
