Hi, As a graduated student from Centennial College in Early Childhood Education diploma program and a Registered Early Childhood Educator, I am eager to be applying this position as an Early Childhood Educator and I am also considering to become full time. I would love the opportunity to be an enthusiastic, energetic educator. I believe that my experience with children and leadership skills would make me an excellent addition to your team. I am comfortable working with children of all ages. I have extensive experience working with children in both an academic and recreational environment, so I would be eager to contribute my skills as an Early Childhood Educator. I offer over 2+years of experience of dedication to working with children. I have worked as ECE level 3 at Funtimes Early Years, RECE in Liberty village home childcare center. I have completed 3 previous co-op programs at Rowntree Early Learning and Childcare Center, Firgrove Public School, and Kids & Company. Moreover, I have volunteered at Lancaster Public School. My primary responsibilities included developing learning opportunities for children ranging from ages 0-6 that were developmentally appropriate that also focused on play-based learning. I am knowledgeable of the ELECT document, the Full Day Kindergarten learning program, and Child Care and Early Years Act. Consequently, I developed a strong sense of patience and a keen awareness for interacting with children, two skills that pertain to this position. I have developed an understanding of different learning styles and a realization of how important it is to make learning fun for children.
