October 20, 2015 To whom it may concern: It is my pleasure to be able to recommend Lila as a companion and caregiver for future opportunities that she may be considered for. � Having hired Lila to take care of our 90 year old mother at home as a live-in companion/caregiver for the past year, I would vouch for her truth worthiness, suitability and overall capability to work very well in a personal care capacity. Lila is extremely compassionate, and the care that Lila provided contributed greatly to the quality of life for my mother throughout this time. Lila easily integrated and become like an extended member of the family within a very short period of time, and we were lucky to have found her. Lila was constantly attentive in ensuring family was brought into my mother's day-to-day, even going the extra mile to find photo frames and poster boards which she used to organize, (and in some cases print) and display photos and mail that my mother received. Lila also assisted my mother in learning some computer skills so as her family and the great grandchildren could keep in contact with her via email, and video. Being able to incorporate the family into my mother's day, each day, is a gift to which we were very grateful to Lila for. Lila brings a wonderful mixture of pragmatic problem solving and emotional generosity to her work.
