I am a Certified PSW, fully COVID vaccinated. I am a member of the Ontario Personal Support Worker Association (OPSWA), a Certified Ketogenic Diet and Holistic Nutrition Health Coach, and a Program Guest Speaker of Fairchild Radio, AM1430, Passion at 12. I am kind, loving, patient, and professional with active listening skills. I provide support in a long-term care facility (COVID Unit), hospital, community, and home care settings.

I was an elementary school teacher, a personal trainer and a nutrition advisor. I raise my 14-year-old child. I can provide nutritious recipes and make a variety of food choices. I pay great attention to child’s need and development. I give them a healthy balanced diet, teach and play with children, keep them clean, tidy and away from disease and sickness. My goal is to make them strong, healthy and happy.
