I have a passion for working with children. I utilize critical thinking when resolving issues between children. My most recent work experience includes working with Washington Kids Foundation. I planned and facilitated activities that encourage children to play and worked within a team environment supervising children ensuring focused and well-disciplined learning in a positive environment. I have also worked in care settings with Bayshore Home Health for seniors. In these roles, I demonstrated the ability to work independently, be self-disciplined, patient, punctual, and very well organized.

I have experience working with children, with challenging behavior and children with special needs. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I love spending time with children.
