I have been working with children since before I was 12 years old and have worked with many kids of different ages and abilities. Some of my previous experience includes working in church nurseries, providing full-time live-in childcare and working with children with special needs. I have experience working with children as young as newborn up to 13 years old. I have also watched as many as six children at one time. I am very mature, responsible and love working with children. I have experience working with children in their own homes, in my home and in a church nursery/daycare environment. I have watched families of up to three children in their own homes and multiple children from different families in my own home and church environments. I have done volunteer childcare work in two churches, Covenant of Life Ministries in Langley, BC and Potter's House Church in Chilliwack, BC. I have also done volunteer work in elementary schools as a teachers helper. I also have experience working with children on the Autism spectrum, children with hearing loss, and other differences. I am capable of caring for a child's well being, preparing them for school, ensuring they arrive safely to school, providing proper nutrition, providing first aid care, helping with homework, and many other tasks. I am willing to also provide light housework and have a lot of experience working with animals of all sizes.
