Hi. :) My name is Sophia. I am 25 years old, and I am located in Peterborough, ON. I have a (Honours) degree in Child and Youth Studies from Trent University. I am very creative. I am artistically musically inclined and have skills in singing, art, some experience in playing instruments, dance, some sports, and more. My friends and family would likely describe me as outgoing, funny, caring, and motivated. I absolutely adore watching children learn and explore through play and other mediums, and will join in on all the fun! I have been working with children and youth in a variety of fields since the age of 13 and will always have such an immense passion for it. With a large variety of valuable work experience, I am extremely comfortable caring for all ages as well as a variety of other variables (ADHD, Autism, Mental Health such as Anxiety, and more). In addition, I am First Aid and CPR-C certified, with a valid G license and reliable vehicle. I am incredibly trustworthy, responsible and enthusiastic, and will always do my absolute best to ensure a strong, trusting relationship with the children and parents. I love planning activities and outings, and want the children I work alongside to have just as exciting and fun of an experience as I do.
