My name is Mccalli. I am 23 and I live in Victoria, BC. I have grown up in a large family with three siblings. I have lots of experience in working with children from a young age. I am a very outdoors and active person. I am quite into sports as I have played many my whole life. I have played, coached, and volunteered with volleyball for 6 plus years. I love being around people, I consider myself a very happy and bright fun filled person. I love working with children and hope to help in any way possible. I am currently in online school to get my degree in Social Work. I have just moved to Victoria and am interested in being a part of my community in any way I can!

I have had the opportunity to work with children from the young age of 13 as a coach, leader, and student leader. I have experience with looking after children from the ages of 0 - 10. I began as a nanny for a family with three children ages ranging from 5 months to 6 years old. Since I have worked as a child care provider in a studio daycare and have experience with taking care of 7 plus children at a time. I have also had the experience of working with multiple families at a time, long day hours, as well as overnight shifts.
