I do not have experience with children much. At my workplace I have worked with different age group of children some in general wards, few in pediatric ICU. According to me children require fulfilment of their basic needs and someone who can accompany them who is willing to rejoice them. And last but not the least who is able to understand their hidden feelings or pain which they are experiencing.
