2021-2023: Kamloops Child Development Centre Seasonal Early Childhood Education (ECE) Assistant -Preparing and serving meals and refreshments according to Child and Food Program guidelines while encouraging independence -Following handwashing protocol for self and children -Assists in cleaning duties inside and outside the classroom including yardwork and the playground -Following safe sleep practices for 1.5 years of age and older -Completing and submitting documents of injuries and illnesses witnessed as mandated by Kamloops Child Development Society -Transitioning children to and from classroom settings -Assisting in practicing safety protocol with classes throughout yard play, outings, and field trips Accompanying class 5 drivers and teachers in the pick-up and drop-off process of children ages 6 and up while keeping a documented headcount throughout the entering and exiting of the vehicle
