Hello! My name is Caillie. I’m a 23-year-old nanny from Guelph with over five years of childcare experience. I studied Child and Youth Care in college but soon found my passion for focusing on individual families and giving little ones 1 on 1 care. I am currently seeking a part-time family, ideally on weekends, or weekday evenings after 5pm. My nannying experience ranges from newborn care to 12-year-olds, with the capacity to engage up to 5 children at a time. I strive to create a stimulating, fulfilling, and safe environment and particularly enjoy outdoor activities. My childcare approach is influenced by Montessori philosophies and I plan to further improve my skills in this area through a course in the next year. I also incorporate baby ASL with the kiddos in my care, I aim to make communication fun and educational for the little ones. In addition to childcare, I am also able to manage things like, housekeeping, cooking, running errands, and caring for pets. Holding a full G license, having personal transportation, and being CPR certified, I ensure a secure environment and am a reliable commuter.
