A little bit about me. I am 43 and grew up in Kitchener Ontario and then moved to Guelph Ontario for about 16 years. I have a son who is 23 and lives with my parents back home. I have been working as a Dietary Aide for the past 9 years and am looking for a career change. I recently took a trip to BC in September of 2018 where I vacationed to Tofino and absolutely fell in love with this province. I decided to move here shortly after I returned to Ontario. I gave my notice at work October 26th of 2018 and then decided to take a cross Canada trip with my spouse and 2 Boston Terriers We Had tons of fun visiting several provinces but finally arrived in Courtenay November 20th. I am currently living in Kye Bay and loving being so close to the beach. I currently have a casual position as a Dietary Aide at the Comox Hospital. I love being outdoors and the water. I love to paint, cook, fish and hanging out with family and friends.

As a teenager I obtained my babysitters certificate and cared for several children ranging in age. I have also raised my son since I was 19. I have also looked after my 3 year old niece. Although I do not have any current ongoing experience I am confident in my ability to care for your children if given the chance. I intend on giving your children my utmost attention and being very hands on when need be. I would treat them as if they were my own.
