I love to care for others and am passionate about creating positive growth and / or change in the lives of others. I am used to working with people in high pressure situations and can handle challenge calmly and effectively. I have worked with people of all ages, backgrounds, race, religion and personalities so have learned how to be respectful, gracious and caring towards all persons. I am outgoing and fun loving but can be firm when necessary.   I am very diligent, hard working, organized and a stickler for detail. I work very well independently or as a team member.

I have my Early Childcare Education certificate and have worked in daycare and as a nanny. I also have significant volunteer hours thru school, church nursery and youth groups as well as summer camp. I never look at it as 'just babysitting' but rather always try to create fun learning thru play, experiences and interaction. Child safety and a trusting, caring environment is top priority. I am engaging and encouraging at all times.
