It's nice to meet you, my name is Robyn! I am 22 years old, and currently working part-time as both a peer mentor and a social worker. I have always loved looking after children, and have had a variety of different experiences working with youth. Through my work experience, I have worked alongside folks of diverse needs, abilities, and identities. I pride myself on being keenly aware of the needs of those around me and my ability to connect with youth. I also enjoy cleaning, and am happy to assist with household tasks as needed. In my spare time, I love baking, playing guitar, crocheting and reading.

I have previously volunteered for Kids and Company Daycare, where I assisted with the supervision of children aged 2-12 for just over a year. I also have experience as a private babysitter, where I supervised siblings, aged 4 and 6 at the time. Although my current job is not in childcare, in working as a peer mentor and social worker, I have gained a lot of experience in connecting with youth and understanding their needs / well-being.

In May of 2023 I graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Social Work. I have previously taken First Aid Training (willing to become re-certified), and took Youth Mental Health First Aid in March 2022.
