  About Me
My name is Ella, I love working with people. I have worked at many summer camps, including Pedalheads, City of Markham soccer camp, learn to skate, and I also have a long history of babysitting, therefore I love working with children and have a lot of experience with it. I have a driver's license, my First-Aid certificate, and my High-five certificate which is a leadership program certificate. This summer will be my fourth year at Pedalheads, and will also be my first summer as camp supervisor. I think it is also worth noting that I have just completed my third year at Western University studying French and disabilities in hopes of becoming a special education teacher.

  Work Experience & Education Background
4 years experience, 0 references
I have worked at multiple different summer camps and other places that have given me the experience to work with children. I have volunteered and worked at Learn to Skate with the City of Markham, where I worked with children from the ages of 3-13 teaching them how to skate. I also worked at one of the City of Markham soccer camps, teaching children how to play soccer, and if they were already experienced, helped improve their skills. The most recent place I worked with children, is Pedalheads which is a summer camp where children learn how to ride bikes. I have worked here for the previous two summers and intend to work there again this summer. At Pedalheads, I would be with one group of kids for a week and I would teach them how to ride their bikes, with more advanced groups we would also go on trail rides together. Taking children on trail rides, required a lot of responsibility, because it was off-site and I would be the only instructor with them. Finally, I have been babysitting my neighbours children for the past 5 years.
