My name is Kassia and I am a Nursing Student currently in my second year at the U of A. I love children and am hoping to one day be a pediatric nurse. I have extensive childcare experience as I worked at a daycare this past year and have been babysitting since I was 14. My first aid and CPR training is up to date and I also have my Child Development Assistant Certificate. I come from a relatively big family, having three siblings, and value family a lot. I have an 18 month old nephew who I love spending time with. I also have a St Bernard puppy and love dogs and animals of all types. I played various sports throughout high school and continue to enjoy being active and spending time outdoors. I love to travel and also have a passion for all things creative and love to spend my free time making art, cooking, or reading. I am fluent in both English and French as well, having been in French Immersion throughout my 13 years of school.

I have extensive childcare experience, both from working in a daycare and from babysitting for various families. I started babysitting when I was 14 and have continued to do so for about 6 years. In addition to this, I have tutored children and also volunteer with both the Kids with Cancer Society and the Edmonton Down syndrome Society.

I am a nursing student in my second year. I have both up to date CPR and First Aid training. I completed high school with honours in a French Immersion program and have my Child Development Assistant Certificate.
