Hello. My name is Tina. I live with my mom and my older brother in North York. My hobbies include; spending time with my friends and family, reading, watching youtube videos, swimming, going on walks, and practicing makeup. However, for as long as I can remember I have always loved kids and when one of my family members asked me to babysit I was always so thrilled and was never bothered by it. I will confidently say that I do work well with kids, always get along with them and I simply adore them and working with them brings me so much joy. Attributes that may be appealing to employers: I am responsible, respectful, helpful, empathic, compassionate, problem solver, good listener, and always there to help people.

I have many young children in my family, such as my older sister who has a 7-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter who I babysit when my sister and brother in law are off working. I’ve been babysitting one of my little cousins since he was about 5 years old and he is now 10 years of age and I still do babysit him frequently, while his mom is away. Other than babysitting I do have experience with children at a Karate place in Toronto on the Danforth and it’s called “Dragonz Martial Artz Center INC” It's also an after school program and I volunteered there about 3x a week, sometimes more for 5 months. We would help the kids with their homework, read to them, engage in fun activities with them, set up games/obstacles for them, and we would pick them up from school and take them to the program.

I am officially done high school and will be taking classes in the fall at an Adult Learning Centre and later that year I will be in college.
