Hi, my name is Marjorie; some of my friends and their children call me Marjie. I grew up in a large family on the prairies where I learned to be very hospitable and helpful. I am enthusiastic and energetic and I especially love elderly people and have learned so much from them in my lifetime. I love hearing their stories about their life experiences and enjoy taking them on little adventures if there are places they like to visit. I like to cook. I also love children. I am not a teacher by profession but have taught English in China and also worked in an orphanage in Thailand. I enjoy life and love my country of Canada.
