My name is Maria. Presentation: (I have one sister, my twin male brother, my mum my father and of course my Dog Spike. (We love all animals dogs, cats pigs cow and more)(I worked as volunteer in a shelter to take care of dogs) I have performed a similar role in France and in Canada as Au Pair. I worked for a lot of years in France as Pastry Chef in the Hotel I studied Reservation Hotel and Culinary School in Italy ( Sardinia) I started working to early when I was 15 years old) , I love to cook and eat healthy food organic, or buy product of the country, very important for me. I love the adventure outdoors, the activities, to do excursions in a group and travel a lot. Now, I am studying at the francophone college of vancouver to obtain the license and the status in the ECE registry to become a professional in this job as Early Childhood assistant education. I had wanted to stop baking for several years to work as early childhood. I wanted to become an assistant educator in early Childhood education for various reasons, knowing that being a assistant does not only consist of changing diapers and giving bottles. Of course, you have to be patient, gentle, organized, creative, responsible. But it's not just that, You have to love a lot, You also have to know how to listen to the parents' desires and needs. We have to accept the fact that the way we educate children is not the only right way to do it. So you must not be in judgment and you must know how to question yourself. For me, being a educator is really a vocation. I am passionate about everything related to education. This is why today I am doing this college at Educacentre the first college francophone in French language.
