From the age of ten onwards, I have looked after my nephews where I have gained valuable experience over the past several years spent caring for and playing with four boys. From this website, I have worked with numerous amazing families, with most of my childcare experience being with younger children (newborn-five years old). I have volunteered through Reading Buddies with children in grades 2-4, where I was able to assist with their learning and reading comprehension. Additionally, I completed Standard First Aid and CPR Level C and AED. I will always be dedicated to caring for and creating a safe, fun, and loving environment for any children I spend time with. I have experience with children aged newborn-14 years old. My first childcare experiences stem from my time with my nephews from infancy to nine years old. During this time I have changed numerous diapers, rocked them to sleep, learnt the importance of coordinating naps, allowing both quiet time and play time, and keeping them entertained. As they grew up, I realized the attention falls less on physical duties such as changing diapers and more on keeping them mentally stimulated or physically tired from the activities they did so they sleep well for the night. From this website, I have connected with many wonderful families and gained valuable experience working with children with varying needs. My experience with 10-14 year olds originates from my volunteer experience in which I created connections with those children as well. My goal is to be helpful in my care for your children with the love and enthusiasm I have possessed from the young age when I first began my role as a childcare provider.

I graduated high school in June 2020 and am currently attending the University of the Fraser Valley full time.
