I am organized, creative and enthusiastic. My passions include music, visual arts and of course, childhood education. I have experience working with children that have autism and other exceptionalities in early learning environments and within my personal life. I am patient, and treat all children with equity and compassion.

I have recently completed my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies at the University of Guelph-Humber. I have experience working in daycare settings, Montessori schools and in the school board as an early childhood educator. I have cared for children ranging from infancy to school age. My work experiences required many responsibilities, such as assisting children in daily activities, leading circle time and implementing open ended activities, supervising indoor and outdoor play, creating lesson plans and program plans with respect to the ELECT document, "How Does Learning Happen?", and the FDK curriculum. In addition, I maintained a clean environment, maintained confidentiality and adhered to health and safety standards and completed administrative duties such as attendance, incident/accident reports.

I am currently in my second year at the University of Guelph-Humber, completing my degree in Early Childhood Studies. I have completed the St John Ambulance Standard First Aid and CPR Level C.
