I am a doctoral student, working on my PhD in developmental neuroscience. I am extremely organized, and a creative problem solver. I have worked with kids in educational settings such as through the Ontario Science Centre. and Let's Talk Science. I am passionate about STEM and helping children develop critical thinking skills and discovering the world around them. When I am not in the lab I enjoy spending time outside hiking and camping. I am a sports enthusiast and have previous experience coaching children's fencing and soccer. I also work in feline rehabilitation, fostering under socialized shelter cats and helping them acclimate to house life.

I am a highly experienced educator, having previously worked with the Ontario Science Centre and Let's Talk Science to provide STEM programming for children of various ages, in one-on-one, group, and classroom settings. Through those jobs I have participated in extensive ethics, AODA, and human rights and equity training, and I am also advanced first aid and CPR certified. I have experience working with special needs children, and some sign language skills. I have nanny experience for over five years, ranging from mother's helper to afterschool care, to weekend babysitting. I am also an experienced pet sitter and happy to help care for furbabies in the home as well.
