I am originally from England and came to Canada as a nanny 36yrs ago on a work visa. I lived with the family and cared for a 10-month-old girl & 7-yr-old boy for 2yrs and still keep in touch with the family all these years later. I also nannied in Vancouver for a year after that. I was a teachers assistant for a couple of years but once I got my Canadian citizenship I left to go travelling Australia. After which I travelled to Mexico and lived there for 4 yrs. Since living back in Canada I waitressed & bartended at the same bar for almost 23yrs, which after changing ownership I decided to leave at the beginning of the summer 2019. I have been happily married for 16 yrs with 2 stepchildren that are now married and have children of there own, but unfortunately both children have moved out east due to the high cost of living here in B. C. 😢 I like to swim, walk, bike, (use to like to do a lot more but the knees won't let me ). All my family live in England, 4 brothers, one being my twin & 2 sisters, plus nieces, nephews etc so I like to go home when I can. Well, I think that is me about rounded up. Until we meet.

I am originally from England and went to Toronto on a year work visa as a live in nanny in 1981. I was responsible for the care of two young children & household duties. I came back to Canada as a live in nanny in 1984 for a wonderful family. I cared for a10month old girl and 7 yr old boy. I lived with the family for 2 yrs taking care of the children & all household chores including cooking dinner in a kosher kitchen. Over 30yrs later I am still part of that familys life. I then moved into Vancouver city to live in and care for a 1yr old boy. My main job was to care for the child and cook dinner twice a week.
