My name is Joanna from the Philippines. I am a graduate of Centennial College under the program of Hospitality Hotel Operations. I am currently living in Scarborough. We Filipinos are known to be hospitable and caring, therefore I can provide those traits at the same time committed to satisfy clients. I believe that no one is born perfect, and all of us are prone to mistakes. But I am willing to be trained to proved good service to clients. I am approachable, compassionate and dedicated to work. In line with these, I also seek for an employer who can help me for my PR through sponsorship.

I do not have any childcare experience. But, growing in a big family with my cousins' children, I learned some of the basics in taking care of them. I am also certified in First Aid Training which includes CPR and Wound Care.
