I am currently an international nursing student here in Canada but a licensed nurse in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. I practice my profession for Seven straight years and was exposed to different clinical areas. I came from a big family and was raised by hardworking and generous parents. I have 3 beautiful and lovely nieces and one of them is twins. I lived by myself as of the moment and I am loving the experience of being independent. I always have the fascination of organizing things and keeping it clean. I love to do gardening and I have my own garden back home. In addition, I am a good companion to elderly.

I do not have any child care experiences aside from my exposure to Pedia ward when I was a nurse and taking good care of my siblings and nieces. The most important aspect to consider when providing care to a child is safety because it is normal for to be adventurous and curious about their surroundings. As a caregiver I must be aware and knowledgeable about the different developmental stages of a child to provide proper care. Moreover, it is a priority to know what to provide to children when looking after them for example the essence of playing with other children, establishing rapport by respecting and acknowledging their feelings, preparing healthy food, the importance of going to school and instilling good values. It is a challenging role to care for children in different age groups because this is an essential part of growing up but given a chance I can be a good caregiver.
