To whom it may concern, It is our pleasure to write this letter of reference for Paola, lovingly know as Pollo, for a position as nanny. Pollo has provided relief nanny cover for us along with babysitting at weekends, and proved herself on day one to be a true god send. Our children love her, always running for a big hug when she arrives. She is outstanding in her professionalism and one of the most caring people weve met. She drives our childrens to activities and is often found on the ground playing with them in the playroom. She has been punctual, prepared meals for the children, completes light housekeeping, she is helpful in any way she can but most importantly our children are really happy in her care and that for us is priceless. We wish Pollo the very best of luck in her future employment and please do not hesitate to contact me for more information regarding her abilities.
