I am a responsible, social, and fun-loving person who loves to work with children! In my free time I enjoy journaling and creating art, reading, and cooking. I also love to be outside and physically active. For the past six months I have worked on an organic farm on Manitoulin Island, learning how to grow and harvest food to serve the community. I am seeking a temporary babysitting job for the month of December (possibly longer) while I am at home in Ottawa. I believe in being a supportive, loving, and yet responsible and firm person for children. I love being curious, adventurous, and creative with kids. Taking them for walks or to the park, playing with them, crafting, helping them with homework and new skills, encouraging a routine, etc. are just a few activities that I especially love about childcare. Helping with any meal preparation or housekeeping as needed would be no problem at all, either - I have very competent skills in both cooking and cleaning. I am a punctual and reliable employee.
