Hello, my name is Shelby, I am an afro-caribbean-canadian. I recently graduated with a certificate in Personal Support Work in June of 2019. I currently live at home with my mother, brother and our dog. I enjoy spending my time interacting with people of any age. I am a hard working individual, who enjoys challenges, I am trained in CPR and Emergency First Aide, and have in my possession a police check, as well as a car if need. I grew up baby sitting family members, as well as for my mother's friends. Since then, I have had the pleasure of assisting my close friends in taking care of their son, who is now nearly 2. I would bathe, and feed him, allowing my friend to rest, or run errands. Along with my previous babysitting experience, I was provided the opportunity to assist in an elementary kindergarten class, working one-on-one with a student with exceptional needs.
