• Supporting residents' physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual needs by providing them with direct and safe personal support and care in compliance with policies, procedures, and work routines. • Providing support in their activities of daily living, including feeding, walking, bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming as per residents’ individualized care plan. • Helping ensure that each resident receives the proper diet, assisting with meal serving and feeding or assisting residents. • Observing and reporting changes in the resident’s physical, mental, and emotional conditions. • Assisting in maintaining the residents’ rooms neat and organized. • Ensuring residents have constant and efficient access to mobility or assistive devices. • Encouraging residents to participate in programs offered by the LTC Reactivation Team, whether individual or in groups.

• Providing a variety of social, recreational and physical activities to clients in a safe and supportive environment. • Encouraging clients to participate in the activities offered by the flourish adult day program, whether individual or in groups. • Providing respite and support to the clients’ caregivers. • Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, and bathing, meal planning and preparation, mobility and transfers, light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and washing dishes. • Helping ensure that each client receives the proper diet, assisting with meal serving and feeding or assisting residents. • Ensuring residents have constant and efficient access to mobility or assistive devices. • Observing and reporting changes in client’s physical and behaviour conditions.
